Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is at the core of Root Design. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can remedy that as quickly as possible. A couple things to note:
- Sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or misprinted.
- Any item specifically for a fundraiser cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Any item with customized options cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 24 hours because the items will already be in production.
- If you receive your product and it is defective in any way, please email a detailed picture of the item to rootwithus@gmail.com and we can help you from there.
Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction. Refunds typically appear on your statement 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated.
